Player of the Week

Jenna Patnode (Surry, N.H.), Senior, Third Base, Keene State College


Patnode batted .351(13-for-37) during the Owls' 4-6 spring week trip to Florida. She scored seven runs, and had three doubles and 12 RBIs. She had a two hit, five RBI game against top-ranked Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Pitcher of the Week

Courtney MacFarland (Hampstead, N.H.), Senior, Plymouth State University


MacFarland posted three wins and two saves on Plymouth State's spring trip to Florida with one shutout and a 1.00 earned run average, helping the team to a 7-3 record. She made seven appearances (five starts), allowing 29 hits and six walks in 35 innings, while striking out 26. MacFarland finished the week with a 3-2 record, including a 5-0 shutout win over Western New England, complete-game wins over Lasell (5-1) and SUNY New Paltz (7-2), and saves against Saint Lawrence University and Centenary College (N.J.)

Rookie of the Week

Allie Luisi (North Kingstown, R.I.), Outfielder, Plymouth State University


Luisi batted .364 in 10 games on Plymouth State's spring trip to Florida, helping the Panthers to a 7-3 record. She went 12-for-33 with three doubles, a home run, six RBI, and five runs scored. She also displayed her versatility, posting a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage at three positions (five games in center field, two in left field, two at catcher and one game as the designated player).
